The application provides essential features such as a comprehensive coverage summary detailing benefits and coverage, current balances including out-of-pocket costs and deductible accumulations, and access to recent claims across medical, dental, vision, and hearing categories. Users can also view or request their member ID cards directly within the app.

For claim inquiries, the app allows users to review their ten most recent claims with detailed information or search for specific medical, dental, vision, or hearing claims by member name.

Members can view both front and back images of their ID cards at any time and have the option to email this information to healthcare providers or other relevant parties promptly.

Security measures require users to sign in with a secure username and password, ensuring that personal and sensitive data remain protected. Access is exclusive to Salvation Army Health Plan members who have valid login credentials.

If app features are inaccessible, it is typically due to the requirement for user authentication. Only authorized Salvation Army Health Plan members can log in and utilize these functionalities.
